Expanded Services

Each of the opportunities below provides users with varying degrees of coverage while appealing to a wide range of audiences in key markets. Using tools ranging from enhanced press releases to trade publication editorials, we promote your products to current and potential customers efficiently and effectively.

Press Releases

When a new product is brought to market, we'll compose a 300 to 500-word press release to announce this product's features and advantages over current market offerings, as well as key applications in which the product can be used. The release is sent in HTML format to an expansive list of targeted trade journal editors-developed specifically to reach the audience best suited for your latest product offering. A descriptive, visually appealing image accompanies the press release, which can be developed using existing product images or, if preferred, we can take high-quality photos of your products to construct an original, graphically enhanced image. Plus, we can design an HTML template for press release distribution specifically to correspond with users' company branding.

Case Studies

Also known as case histories or application stories, case studies illustrate how a client's product solution has been implemented in a particular end-user's application. Usually about 500-800 words in length, these stories detail the challenge the end-user was trying to solve, why they selected our client's product, and the advantages of the client's solution. Once the end-user has approved participating in such an editorial, we interview the parties involved and compose an original article, as well as securing accompanying photos. These case studies are then used internally to assist in product sales for similar applications, and they can be placed in a key print publication and/or online to reach a broader audience.

White Papers

White papers are written to describe a certain problem or application and advocate how it can be best solved through a single product or process. Usually ranging from 1,000 to 1,500 words in length, these editorials include background on the topic and/or application, the challenge faced, previous solutions that have failed, and the recommended successful solution. We collect product and application information from the client, compose the paper and create and/or secure the appropriate graphics to accompany it. White papers are generally accompanied by graphs and images of the solution used. These papers can further establish a company as a solution-provider and an authority on common industrial applications. In addition, we will submit the white paper to key editors to reach potential customers online and/or in print as well.

Featured Articles

As a result of our conversations with trade publication editors, oftentimes the opportunity arises for a client to participate in an upcoming column or feature article. This opportunity may be the result of an editor's request for input or from a suggestion we've made on a client's behalf of a possible column or article topic. Client contributions for these opportunities can take several forms. An editor may select to write the article based upon contributed information from a client. In these cases, we will either arrange an interview with the appropriate client representative and the editor, or we will collect, edit and submit information and images to the editor on behalf of our client. In other cases, we will compose the full editorial, which is bylined either by a designated client representative.

Editorial Watch Program

To effectively reach your key audience throughout the year, we created the Editorial Watch Program, through which we monitor the upcoming editorial topics slated in the most influential publications in your industry. We are in regular contact with these editors, offering cutting-edge client technologies that often result in extended editorial coverage. These successful working relationships allow us to inquiry these editors on upcoming editorial topics that directly relate to the client, detailing why the client's products are well suited for this upcoming coverage. Once each opportunity is secured, we will work with the client and publication to arrange interviews or compose a column or feature submission. This program allows users to maintain an ongoing presence in the publications their customers trust.

Press Kits

Significant new product launches require an attention-grabbing device that will garner them the editorial coverage they warrant. In cases such as this, a press release is only part of the process. When you request a Press Kit, we will design an original creative concept that will both pique editors' interest and highlight the key advantages your product offers. These kits contain a press release, data sheets, product images, and many other resources used to promote significant editorial coverage in target markets. The kits are then sent to a group of 15-20 key industrial publications, selected according to the target audience for your product. We also follow-up with the editors of these publications to encourage expanded editorial coverage on the product at hand, working with users and publications to yield the most significant coverage available.
